BAN PORTAL USAGE AND COMPENSATION CLAIMING TUTORIAL:
Authenticating in the portal for the first time, in the section PERSONAL INFORMATION, please enter your personal details and save the information. If changes occur, you will be able to modify the data.
To claim a compensation, go to the section MY CLAIMS, where you can fill in the claim application form and attach scanned or photographed receipts for paid medical services or purchased medicines.
